SPRIG Consultant (U.S. Based)

  • Engage clients to understand project scope
  • Collaborate with SPRIG team to develop approach and implement solutions
  • Conduct analyses necessary to address project needs
  • Develop marketing strategy and supporting initiatives
  • Create positioning/messaging and write copy for communications
  • Synthesize project findings and develop client recommendations
  • Lead project management activities by ensuring progress and coordinating project details
  • Develop and manage high-level marketing and project-specific budgets
  • Manage other agencies and lead coordination activities
  • Develop and design client deliverables
  • Present project findings to client

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, preferably MBA
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail, with quality-focused mindset
  • Self-discipline for working remotely
  • Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams
  • Ability to travel >25% of the time
